I wish:

  1. Successful article submissions with over1000 approved articles per submission
  2. at least 900 indexed articles per 1 submission
  3. (one of the) top 3 spots of Google for your target keyword :) lol

First 2 aren’t available now, but the third one… easily can become reality (if your target keyword isn’t “lose weight” :) )
